We have carefully selected various couriers to deliver the products available for sale on our website.
Customer satisfaction and service is high on our priority list. Finding likeminded couriers was key to us when selecting the following providers, and, with the recent Royal Mail strikes it has been even more important to be able to offer speedy deliveries, at a reasonable cost and wherever possible offering a door to door tracking service.
Please note couriers do not deliver on Saturday / Sunday or Bank holidays. Whilst most deliveries are on time there can be logistical issues that cause slight delays, most of our couriers will keep you informed via e-mail however, if you concerns please contact us via email for updates.
All deliveries are dispatched wherever possible within 24hrs after full payment has been received, however, some items may have to be purchased directly from the manufacturer and, this could cause a delay in despatching.. Deliveries are between one and five working days depending on the delivery option selected.

In the event of a parcel being damaged upon delivery please get in touch. We can then act accordingly to rectify any issues.
